About The Role

• You will look, listen, and learn, both from your team and from individual effort
• You will acquire extended knowledge and skills in seafood, retailing and food handling skills
  
• You will have a friendly outgoing personality with a passion for seafood and cooking
• You have a genuine interest in people and their needs
• 7 Days per week business - no late nights

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Is able to work hard when the time calls for it
• Is self-motivated and has a high desire to learn
• Understands the principles of food hygiene and quality
• Understands the need for processes and can adhere to them
• Has a strong attention to detail and an eye for product presentation
• Has strong communication skills and is comfortable using them
• Has the ability to work and relate effectively in a team
  
• Have strong customer service skills
• Are reasonably computer literate with the required skills to operate scales and Point of Sale system
