CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead civil and remediation works across mining, defence and industrial projects based in Darwin, NT.
Join a nationally recognised contractor delivering complex remediation, refurbishment and upgrade projects across the Northern Territory and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure across multiple sectors, with regular site travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of remediation, upgrade and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site activities to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Maintain strong focus on HSEQ compliance across all stages of project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including ITPs, SWMS, RFIs and progress reports.
- Lead project meetings, reporting and forecasting requirements.
- Support tender preparation and estimation activities.
- Proven experience in project delivery within mining, construction or industrial services environments.
- Background in roles such as Project Engineer, Site Supervisor or Mining Superintendent looking to step up.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and clients.
- Demonstrated understanding of HSEQ frameworks and project governance.
- Commercial awareness with solid planning, cost control and documentation skills.
- White Card and valid Driver’s Licence essential.
- Ability to obtain Police Clearance for Defence project access.
