Spray Seal Operator – Darwin, NT

We are seeking a skilled operator to work with bitumen spray seal trucks and a variety of civil plant machinery. Training will be provided for the right candidate committed to excellence and safety.

You will be responsible for operating spray seal equipment, supporting labouring tasks, and contributing to the successful delivery of regional road projects. Flexibility to travel and work weekends is essential.

• HC Licence (minimum requirement)
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Dangerous Goods Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with bitumen handling (desirable)
• Loader operation experience (highly desirable)
• Ability to operate machinery and assist with manual labour
• Willingness to travel regionally, with overnight stays and weekend work when required
