About the Role
You’ll be responsible for supervising a skilled team of mechanics in the workshop, focusing on quality, safety, and productivity. Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repairs on forklifts and access equipment
• Ensuring work is completed to high standards, safely and efficiently
• Supporting and mentoring team members
• Liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth service delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Previous leadership experience in a mechanical workshop (or ready to step into it!)
• Trade qualified heavy diesel mechanic (essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Can-do attitude and ability to mentor others
