- Monday to Friday - Flexible hours 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
- Location: Winnellie
- Paying: $33 - $36 per hour
We're seeking a Leading Hand to join our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation. This is a brand-new role - the perfect opportunity to make it your own. It's a long-term position, and to be considered, you must hold both a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence and a Forklift Licence.
About the role
No two days will be the same! You'll start each morning at the Winnellie depot.
- 3 days a week: You'll be on the road in Winnellie and surrounding areas (including Katherine), collecting donated items such as furniture, clothing, and toys. You'll usually have an offsider to help with the heavy lifting - teamwork makes the dream work!
- 2 days a week: You'll be in the warehouse, sorting donations, picking orders, and stocktaking.
What you'll need
- Medium Rigid (MR) or higher licence
- Forklift licence
- Good physical fitness
- Professional, reliable, and respectful attitude
- A passion for helping others and giving back to the community
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
