Priceline Casuarina is on the lookout for a passionate Pharmacist Manager to lead our dispensary team and drive outstanding health outcomes for our community. About the Role:
You’ll take charge of daily dispensary operations, leading a skilled team and collaborating with stakeholders across the Scaffidi Group.
Your responsibilities span:
Driving business performance across turnover, professional services, and patient engagement
Leading operational and strategic direction across stock control, PBS compliance, merchandising, and service delivery
Mentoring staff, managing performance, and planning workforce needs
Upholding safety, compliance, and professional standards
Communicating effectively across teams and fostering a culture of excellence
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and AHPRA registration
Previous use of the FRED dispensing system (preferred)
The right to live and work in Australia
Proven experience in senior-level pharmacy management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead with strategic vision and operational precision
Knowledge of QCPP, WHS practices, and ethical guidelines
Strong organisational, analytical and computer literacy skills
What You’ll Lead:
Pharmacists, interns, technicians, and pharmacy students
Collaborative engagement with BDMs, Retail Managers, and HR Advisors
External relationships with healthcare providers, Medicare representatives, and customers
