Provide a comprehensive assessment service for all development and planning applications across the Northern Territory impacting on the public road network, transport and civil infrastructure, to ensure appropriate standards of design and construction are achieved. Selection will be made at the AO6 or T5 level depending on the qualifications of the successful applicant.
