About the RoleAs Assistant Park Manager, you’ll support the Park Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring the park runs smoothly and safely. You’ll take charge in their absence and play a key role in maintaining high standards across all areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily park operations and responding to after-hours callouts
- Supporting guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling
- Assisting with budgeting and revenue tracking
- Leading and mentoring staff across departments
- Helping maintain a high standard of park presentation, safety, and compliance
- Contributing to local marketing and guest engagement initiatives
You’re a confident all-rounder with great communication skills and a strong service mindset. You lead by example, are solutions-focused, and enjoy variety in your day-to-day.
You’ll bring:
- Leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism
- Strong team mentoring and operational coordination skills
- Familiarity with budget oversight and reporting
- Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal)
- Great interpersonal skills and a guest-first approach
- Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to live on site
