Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general farm duties, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery, ensuring their optimal functionality.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to support crop growth.
- Assist in the upkeep of farm infrastructure and facilities.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Oversee the sorting, packing, and quality control of harvested produce in the packing shed.
- Coordinate and supervise packing shed staff to ensure efficient and timely packing operations.
- Implement and maintain quality standards for packaged products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to and from specified locations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products. As an HR Truck Driver, you will be a crucial part of our logistics team, contributing to the efficient operation of our transport and farming activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive heavy vehicles, primarily HR trucks, to transport goods and materials to and from designated locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring a high level of safety for yourself, the cargo, and other road users.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance or mechanical issues to the appropriate department.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling of materials to prevent damage during transportation.
- Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules and minimize fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, team members, and clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns or issues.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, including delivery receipts, logbooks, and inspection reports.
