About the Role
As a Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in our success by:

- Conducting phone and video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals.
- Collaborating with client account managers to align candidate profiles with client needs.
- Maintaining an active talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
- Proven experience in sales - bring your passion, personality & enthusiasm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable talking to anyone, anywhere and anytime!
