Job Accounts Administrator, Darwin

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Administrator to join our team in Darwin. This temp-to-perm role is up for grabs with an immediate start and is ideal for someone looking for long-term stability with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team.

This role is based in an industrial workplace, so a strong work ethic and practical approach are essential. You'll be working full-time hours, Monday to Friday, supporting the business with a range of financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and receivable processing
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Payroll processing and superannuation
• Invoicing, data entry, and maintaining financial records
• Supporting monthly financial reporting
• General administrative duties as required

• Prior experience in a similar accounts/admin role with a strong customer focus
• Confident using accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a practical, industrial environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Permanent Australian work rights required (we are unable to accept visa candidates for this role)
