Health First Group began life in 2016 as a single physiotherapy practice in Mount Isa, Queensland. Soon, one successful practice became many, as the group rapidly expanded nationwide under the banner of Total Physio Group. In 2020, after continued growth and a natural extension into complementary allied health services, Total Physio Group became Health First Group.
